%X a check up of the situation is done, which involves the circumstances that motivate the staff to do correctly their work, which are different in each case, and may vary to the needs, social value and capability of each employee. the basic knowledge of every person's needs helps a great deal to their employers, because they can find the right ways to motivate their employees in charge. a comparisson between two different institutions is done , in which the satisfactory and insactisfactory elements are analized in their working enviroment.
