%X in the teaching of foreign languages visual aids are very important to understand the textual contents and dialogues better in the classes, that is why drawings related to the contextual situations of conversations were made to solve the lack of appropriate illustrations in many cases. these pictures were organized in a visual support manual so that it is used in the classrooms as a complementary literature of the book practical english for nurses or vision one, which is currently used in the first or second year of careers studied in the higher medical centers in cuba: medicine, stomatology, nursing and health technologies.
