%X honey, used as an adjuvant treatment in patients with mild diffuse toxic goiter with descompensation, is beneficial to achieve much more quickly their clinical improvement and constitutes an economic and therapeutic alternative, which is natural and as effective as other variants or even better, used with the same objective up to the present times, as it not only contributes to an increase in their life quality, but also to their reincorporation to the social and working activities as soon as possible.
