%0 Journal Article %T Leucosis linfoide cr¨®nica y neurofibromatosis de tipo 1 %A S¨¢nchez Mass¨® %A Dar¨ªo %J MEDISAN %D 2009 %I Centro Provincial de Ciencias M¨¦dicas %X the case of a 57 year-old patient is described who during more than 4 decades has been affected by a neurofibromatosis type1 with several clinical manifestations of uterine neoplasia, hepatic steatosis and vesicular dysfunction, all of which, associated to ferropenic anemia diagnosed and treated during more than 3 decades, provoked an splenomegaly with intensification of the anemic condition. the results of the medulogram confirmed the presence of lymphoid chronic leukosis, without peripheral symptoms or signs. in the reviewed literature there were no reports on this disease. %K neurofibromatosis 1 %K uterine neoplasms %K liver diseases %K gallbladder diseases %K anemia %K iron deficiency %K splenomegaly %K bone marrow examination. %U http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S1029-30192009000300011&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
