%0 Journal Article %T Formaci¨®n de cuarto nivel en gerencia de servicios de alimentaci¨®n y nutrici¨®n en el Estado M¨¦rida %A Rojas Parra %A Lizbeth %A S¨˘nz Su¨˘rez %A Belquis %J Anales Venezolanos de Nutrici¨®n %D 2007 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %X the purpose of this study was to determine the needs of forming the fourth level of feeding and nutrition services management. an evaluative applied investigation was made, designing a questionnaire "ad hoc" containing the necessary competitions, as well as the consideration of the importance of formalizing studies of fourth level in the area, and the interest to make them. this instrument was applied to 61 nutricionists who work at the m¨¦rida state autonomous institute for food an nutrition, the autonomous onstitute university hospital of los andes, the ministery of education and sports, corposalud, and the university of loan andes, these institutes have a managemental roll or have feeding services under their control. the results demonstrated that 67% of the professionals have not taken studies of fourth level, the opinion on the need to acquire the competitions in management of services of feeding and nutrition turned in; very necessary, enough necessary and necessary. the total referred that the accomplishment of studies of fourth level in the area is very important, 75% of the professionals have the will to participate in these studies. in conclusion the greater percentage of the professionals does not have forming of the fourth level in management of feeding services, declaring the need to acquire the specific competitions in the area. the results would be taken into account to justify the curricular design of the competitions for the specialization, in management of feeding and nutrition services in the same level of the school of nutrition and dietetic the and the university of the andes. %K feeding service %K competitions %K studies of fourth level %K management. %U http://www.scielo.org.ve/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0798-07522007000200005&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
