%X the paper discusses three recent trends in the business world: the presence of greater numbers of women in this activity, the formation of organizations to support their work and the construction of a new profile of women entrepreneurs. i will question about how the increase of women in business has not been reflected in a greater position of them in the direction of the traditional sector organizations. however, it detects a tendency to seek and incorporate non-governmental organizations to support their work with gender claim.
