(¡À)-catechine (0,07- 0,79 mg /g cacao) and (-)-epicatechine (1,99-9,66 mg /g cacao) were determined in aqueous extracts of the 3 cacao varieties. %K catechines %K ce %K hplc %K theobroma cacao. %U http://www.scielo.org.co/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0370-39082011000300010&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
