%X the paper deals with some of today¡¯s anesthetic incidents, which are associated to incomplete or inexistent preanesthetic valuation. a protocol procedure that optimizes the election of a anesthetic strategy according to the patient¡¯s characteristics to reduce immediate morbidity and mortality. the paper aims to determine the social conditions of the research project preoperative protocol to estimate surgical morbidity and mortality with a social approach.
