%X this article analyzes the topic of the responsibility of the government, as a legislative body, in the context of the constitutional rights of the taxpayers. its suggest that the effect that constitution have assigned to the judgments of the constitutional court, which declares unconstitutional the law, is an important factor that could help to repair issues caused by the state in its legislative function.
