%X the conventionality 'control' is a mechanism that should be carried out first by the domesticjudiciary, making a 'comparison' between local and supranational law, to ensure the effectiveness of international instruments, is arising from treaties, the jus cogens or the jurisprudence of the inter-american court of human rights, and then that task should be exerdsed by the interamerican human rights court if the case goes to his courtroom.
