%0 Journal Article %T Doncellas (Puna Septentrional, Jujuy, Argentina): Nuevos enfoques a partir del estudio cer¨¢mico y del an¨¢lisis paleodietario %A P¨¦rez %A Martina %A Killian Galv¨¢n %A Violeta A %J Estudios atacame£¿os %D 2011 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %R 10.4067/S0718-10432011000200005 %X here, we present the results of two independent lines of research: paleodiet analysis through stable isotope ratios of carbon and nitrogen in human bones and techno-stylistic analysis of ceramic vessels, applied to the study of collection materials from the archaeological site r¨ªo doncellas (northwestern puna, argentina). from these analyses, similarities and differences have been detected in two sectors of the archaeological area (village and tombs) in both types of samples. evidence from the tombs shows a relationship with the textile industry. moreover, this same sector shows, among other prestige goods, a set of foreign ceramic container styles, including from the yavi culture, the inca empire and the yungas. evidence from the skeletal analysis of these individuals shows a different isotopic signal with respect to those from individuals in the village. %K puna %K pottery %K stable isotopes %K doncellas. %U http://www.scielo.cl/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0718-10432011000200005&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
