%X in argentina, upon the richness of the soil stands a weak industrial structure, an infrastructure which is not solid, neglected human resources and a great portion of the population in poverty. in the face of this situation, a limiting factor is the corruption deep rooted in the society, especially among leaders both public and private. but the more serious problem is that the population is observing this situation with acceptance and indifference. to revert this situation, proposals are needed to improve life conditions and the competitively of the productive system, all included in a framework of indispensible ethics.
