%X we propose an approach to justice in latin america. with the backdrop of greed, injustice has resulted from two reasons: the acquisition of positions of exception, by individuals and groups, and the lack of social conventions that restrict these positions; both issues are addressed with the working theories of rawls and kohlberg.
