%X this work identifies the illegal cession of workers, as the illicit manifestation of the labor outsourcing. at the same time, it analyzes the illegal cession of workers configuration at the chilean law system, its specifics legal effects and a particular problem derived of the efficiency of the law that establishes this labor illicit.
