%X good faith is a general principle of law which, in the workplace, finds special application in the employment contract. this principle acts both from the worker and the employer and has to be present in stages prior to recruitment, during the fulfillment of the contract and the date of termination. the chilean labour code, without explicitly referring to this principle, has incorporated its work demands in different shapes. this special technique does not interfere with a direct spillover of the legal core of that principle when the legal order configures the rights and obligations of each party.
