%0 Journal Article %T La conformaci¨®n de los actores laborales en Venezuela en contraste con la representaci¨®n social del trabajo en los j¨®venes y adolescentes %A Pereira Jardim %A Lourdes %J Gaceta Laboral %D 2010 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %X this article analyzes labor relations from the viewpoint of their formation, evolution and dimensional connection with the process of social representations of labor among youth and adolescents. based on this, some elements of empirical meaning are identified in the context of globalization, reflected in change indicators in the world of work, which has subtracted importance from the labor union movement, possibly as a product of flexibilization and de-regulation among other labor phenomena, which especially affects this highly vulnerable population segment in diverse ways. the social representations theory presented in the postulates of moscovici (1979) has been taken into account, proposed from the social psychology perspective, linking all this to the development of new labor union actors: youth and adolescents, from their own participation perspectives, united with changes in terms of the representativeness and legitimacy of the workers£¿ movement, manifested in the new labor context that makes it possible to generate new ideas. to achieve this dissertation, a documentary appraisal was made that enabled the author to conjecture what the role of youth should be as a new social actor on the scenario of greater labor union participation and the activation of youth programs oriented toward collective bargaining. %K social representation of labor %K labor relations %K labor union movement. %U http://www.scielo.org.ve/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S1315-85972010000200004&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
