%X from a marxist perspective, the politics and economics changes at the end of the cold war provided a new vision of law. the ideologized vision of the theory and the judicial practice was the alternative use of law. such vision confers the judge and the judge decision, a fundamental rol in the development of a political strategy and tactic inspired on a marxist gramscian vision.
