%X the klabin company has been installed in parana state for nearly 70 years, providing the emergence of telemaco borba's city. the aim of this study is to notice, from historical facts, the relations between klabin and telemaco borba. the klabin company promotes, indirectly, the development of the city when it encourages other activities, but telemaco borba city dependents, culturally, of the comp, of the company to influence the development of the city.
