It also enriches and develops theoretical research in the field of occupational mental health, providing a scientific foundation for this area. Additionally, from the perspective of talent management, the study offers insights and promotes the continuous improvement and development of hospital talent management models, maximizing the professional advantages of talents, building a talent reserve, and preventing talent loss.
