%X 针对某些船舶舵机舱空间受限、振动噪声控制严格、自动化程度高的需求,提出了一种高效精准变频控制电动直驱舵机设计方案,试验结果表明:该电动舵机的传动效率得到显著提升,能耗和振动噪声明显降低,在船舶长期运营过程中能够高效可靠运行。
To address the challenges of limited steering gear compartment space, stringent vibration and noise control, and high automation requirements in certain ships, a design scheme for a high-efficiency, precise variable-frequency control electric direct-drive steering gear is proposed. Experimental results demonstrate that the transmission efficiency of the electric steering gear is significantly improved, while energy consumption, vibration, and noise are notably reduced. The system can operate efficiently and reliably during long-term ship operations.
