%X 半导体产业在我国产业结构中具有重要影响，其产业安全性及其发展趋势对于我国经济的持续、健康、稳定发展有着重要意义。文章基于产业安全的含义和影响因素，梳理我国半导体产业的安全现状及其发展趋势，并指出了几种指标体系量化我国半导体产业的安全度，据此分析我国半导体产业链发展过程中的短板。提出促进中国半导体产业发展的改进建议，以此提升中国半导体产业链的安全性。
The semiconductor industry has a significant impact on China’s industrial structure, and its industrial security and development trends are of great significance for the sustained, healthy, and stable development of the Chinese economy. Based on the meaning and influencing factors of industrial security, this article summarizes the current security status and development trends of China’s semiconductor industry and points out several index systems to quantify the security level of China’s semiconductor industry. Based on this, it analyzes the shortcomings in the development process of China’s semiconductor industry chain. It proposes improvement suggestions to promote the development of China’s semiconductor industry, in order to enhance the security of China’s semiconductor industry chain.
