%X 人才培养是我国本科层次职业教育的基本问题,也是职业教育高质量发展的关键问题。经过十多年实践探索,校企合作、工学结合、顶岗实习已成为中国特色职业教育人才培养模式。英国作为学徒制历史最为悠久且现代学徒制实施卓有成效的国家,其经验对我国本科层次职业教育人才培养极具参考价值。针对我国本科层次职业教育人才培养存在的问题,借鉴英国现代学徒制的经验尤为重要。
Talent cultivation is a fundamental issue in undergraduate vocational education in China, and also a key issue for the high-quality development of vocational education. After more than a decade of practical exploration, school enterprise cooperation, integration of work and study, and on-the-job internships have become the distinctive talent training models for vocational education in China. As the country with the longest history of apprenticeship and the most effective implementation of modern apprenticeship, the experience of the UK is of great reference value for the cultivation of vocational education talents at the undergraduate level in China. It is particularly important to draw on the experience of modern apprenticeship in the UK to address the problems in talent cultivation in undergraduate vocational education in China.
