This study employs the Mathematical Modeling course as a platform to explore practical pathways for organically integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education with disciplinary instruction. Through questionnaire surveys analyzing the current state of this integration, we restructured teaching content, innovated pedagogical methods, and optimized the evaluation system. The research demonstrates that teaching reforms in Mathematical Modeling under the framework of ideological and political education not only enhance students’ professional competencies but also cultivate their patriotism, scientific spirit, and social responsibility, achieving the unity of knowledge impartation and value guidance. %K 课程思政, %K 数学模型, %K 教学改革, %K 实践育人
