Objective: To investigate the value of dual-source CT and joint ultrasound in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis. Methods: A total of 81 patients with suspected gouty arthritis were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023, and dual-source CT and joint ultrasound were performed, and the efficacy of dual-source CT and joint ultrasound and their combined diagnosis of gouty arthritis was compared with the pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard. Results: Among the 81 patients with suspected gouty arthritis, 50 had gout and 31 had non-gout. The sensitivity and accuracy of dual-source CT and joint ultrasound in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis were significantly higher than those in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis alone, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference in the sensitivity and accuracy of dual-source CT and joint ultrasound in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The sensitivity and accuracy of dual-source CT combined with joint ultrasound in diagnosing gouty arthritis are significantly higher than those of either method alone. These two modalities complement each other, and their combined use markedly enhances the diagnostic value for gouty arthritis. %K 双源CT, %K 关节超声, %K 痛风性关节炎, %K 诊断价值
