%X 职普融通作为现代职业教育体系构建的重要举措&#65292;旨在减少职业教育与普通教育之间的壁垒&#65292;实现教育结构的优化。本文从应用型教育与职业教育融合发展的视角出发&#65292;通过对人才供需现状、高质量发展要求、人本主义三个方面的分析&#65292;理清应用型高校开展职普融通的理论依据。进一步提出站在技术快速变革、产业结构优化调整的当下&#65292;应当建立联席会议、协同育人、融合发展、科教育人的融通发展路径&#65292;以培养更加适应产业发展需求的高技能人才&#65292;为高质量发展提供多源人才支撑。<br>As a key initiative in constructing a modern vocational education system, the integration of vocational and general education aims to break down the barriers between vocational and general education to optimize the educational structure. From the perspective of the integrated development between applied education and vocational education, this paper clarifies the theoretical basis for implementing the integration of vocational and general education in applied universities by analyzing the current state of talent supply and demand, the requirements of high-quality development, and humanistic principles. Furthermore, this paper proposes that in the context of rapid technological advancements and industrial structural optimization, an integrated development pathway should be established. This pathway includes joint conference mechanisms, collaborative talent cultivation, integrated development models, and science-education synergy. This approach seeks to cultivate highly skilled professionals aligned with industrial demands and provide talent support for Chinese-style modernization.
