A Qualitative Study on the Excessive Use of Mobile Phones among College Students %A 郝宏图 %A 王晓燕 %A 吕少博 %J Advances in Psychology %P 357-363 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ap.2025.156385 %X 目的:探讨大学生手机成瘾的症状及成因。方法:采用访谈法,对18名大学生进行访谈。采用Nvivo11.0软件,运用扎根理论对所得资料进行分析。结果:开放式登录结果表明,本次访谈资料包含30个节点;进一步的关联式登录结果发现孤独感、心理韧性薄弱、无聊倾向、情绪调节需要、错失焦虑、自我满足、猎奇心理、社交需求、现实需要、娱乐需要、生理反应、行为反应、情绪反应、学习压力、成瘾行为在内的15个亚类属以及包含个体原因、时代背景、成瘾反应、学习压力等在内的4个类属。结论:大学生手机成瘾主要由于个体原因、时代背景、学习压力影响,由此产生生理反应、行为反应以及情绪反应。
Objective: To investigate the symptoms and causes of mobile phone addiction among college students. Methods: Eighteen college students were interviewed. Nvivo 11.0 software was used to analyze the obtained data using grounded theory. Results: The results of open login showed that the interview data contained 30 nodes. Further correlation results showed that there were 15 subgenera including loneliness, weak psychological resilience, boredom tendency, emotional regulation need, loss anxiety, self-satisfaction, curiosity, social needs, realistic needs, entertainment needs, physiological responses, behavioral responses, emotional responses, learning pressure, and addictive behaviors, and 4 genera including individual causes, historical background, addiction reactions, and learning pressure. Conclusion: The mobile phone addiction of college students is mainly affected by individual reasons, the background of the times, and the study pressure, which produces physiological, behavioral and emotional reactions. %K 大学生, %K 手机成瘾, %K 问题性手机使用, %K 质性分析, %K 扎根理论
