%X 全媒体时代促使新闻传播生态发生巨变，对新闻记者的“四力”提出新挑战。本论文聚焦全媒体视域下新闻记者“四力”的新要求，找到放大主流声音的新路径。面对传播体系的变革，记者需稳住脚力，坚守采编一线，养成良好作风，延伸“数字脚力”；淬炼眼力，在信息洪流中筛选真实有价值线索，识破谣言，看透本质；激活脑力，从线性思维转向融合创新，善用技术且保持理性；精修笔力，多元表达且敬畏文字力量。“四力”协同共进与迭代升级，是适应新时代、提升工作质量的关键，有助于记者在主流舆论阵地呈现优质新闻作品，实现理想职业状态。
The all-media era has brought about significant changes to the news dissemination ecosystem, posing new challenges to the “Four Powers” of journalists. This paper focuses on the new requirements for the “Four Powers” of journalists in the all-media perspective and explores new paths to amplify the mainstream voice. In the face of the transformation of the communication system, journalists need to stabilize their “footwork”, stay at the front line of reporting and editing, develop good working styles, and extend their “digital footwork”; refine their “eye power” to filter out genuine and valuable leads from the information deluge, identify rumors, and see through the essence; activate their “brain power”, shift from linear thinking to integrated innovation, make good use of technology while maintaining rationality; and polish their “writing power”, express themselves in diverse ways and respect the power of words. The coordinated development and iterative upgrading of the “Four Powers” are crucial for adapting to the new era and improving work quality, which helps journalists present high-quality news works in the mainstream media arena and achieve their ideal professional status.
