Construction and Evaluation of the Indicator System for High-Quality Development of Rural Tourism in Guangzhou %A 夏莉 %A 江洁瑶 %A 郭影玲 %J Statistics and Applications %P 127-143 %@ 2325-226X %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/sa.2025.146153 %X 本文立足于广州市乡村文旅发展实践，构建一个涵盖生态宜居、乡风文明、产业兴旺、生活富裕、治理有效五大维度的综合评价指标体系，通过层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)-熵值法组合的评价模型确定各指标的权重。研究发现：乡风文明和生态宜居是核心驱动维度，其中乡村文化设施建设、森林覆盖率等指标对发展水平影响显著；敏感性分析进一步表明，文化设施建设和森林覆盖率的权重波动对评价结果敏感度最高，需要优先关注。基于此，研究提出差异化发展对策：近郊乡村可依托文化活动打造夜间文化旅游项目，远郊乡村需强化森林康养基地建设，边远乡村应挖掘岭南文化资源开发沉浸式体验项目。这些成果为广州市制定分区施策、文化赋能、生态优先的乡村旅游政策提供了量化依据，推动广州市城乡一体化建设。
This study focuses on the high-quality development of rural tourism in Guangzhou, constructing a comprehensive evaluation indicator system that integrates five dimensions: ecological livability, rural cultural vitality, industrial prosperity, affluent living, and effective governance. The weights of indicators were determined using the AHP-entropy weight combination method. The findings indicate that rural cultural vitality and ecological livability serve as core driving dimensions, with indicators such as cultural facility development and forest coverage exerting significant impacts on overall development levels. Sensitivity analysis further reveals that fluctuations in the weights of cultural facilities and forest coverage exhibit the highest sensitivity to evaluation outcomes, necessitating prioritized attention. Based on spatial heterogeneity, differentiated strategies are proposed: suburban villages should develop nighttime cultural tourism projects through cultural activities, exurban areas ought to enhance forest wellness base construction, and remote villages should explore immersive experiential programs rooted in Lingnan cultural resources. These results provide a quantitative foundation for formulating region-specific policies in Guangzhou, emphasizing cultural empowerment, ecological prioritization, and infrastructure optimization to promote urban-rural integration. The proposed framework offers methodological references for evaluating sustainable rural tourism development in similar contexts. %K 乡村旅游， %K 高质量发展， %K AHP， %K 熵值法
