%X 随着新工科教育的到来，传统的教育模式很难培养出高素质、复合型的人才。《食品微生物学》作为食品科学与工程领域的重要组成部分，面临着教学改革的新要求。文章旨在探索新工科背景下，如何通过双PBL混合教学模式提升《食品微生物学》的教学效果，培养学生的创新能力和实践技能。
With the rise of the new engineering education, the traditional education model has made it difficult to meet the needs of modern society for high-quality and compound talents. As an important part of food science and engineering, “food microbiology” is facing the new requirement of teaching reform. This paper aims to explore how to improve the teaching effect of “food microbiology” and cultivate students’ innovative ability and practical skills through dual PBL teaching mode under the background of new engineering.
