Empirical Study on Empowering the Development of New Quality Productivity with Digital Economy %A 王晗笑 %A 马小斐 %A 王思瑶 %A 邱肖婉 %A 范国锋 %J Sustainable Development %P 140-153 %@ 2160-7559 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/sd.2025.156172 %X 本文选取了全国31个省份(自治区、直辖市,不包括中国港澳台) 2012~2022年的面板数据,采用熵权法构建了数字经济与新质生产力的综合评价指标体系;然后,建立了固定效应模型与双重机器学习模型来研究数字经济与新质生产力发展之间的关系;最后,通过面板分位数回归模型,从动态演进角度,深入剖析了数字经济赋能新质生产力发展的阶段性变化。研究结果表明:数字经济可以有力地推动新质生产力的发展,且在新质生产力发展的不同水平下,数字经济的赋能作用存在异质性。
This study selects panel data from 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan region) in China from 2012 to 2022, and uses entropy weight method to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for digital economy and new quality productivity; then, a fixed effects model and a dual machine learning model were established to study the relationship between the digital economy and the development of new quality productivity; finally, through a panel quantile regression model, we analyze in depth the phased changes in the development of new quality productivity empowered by the digital economy from a dynamic evolution perspective. The research results indicate that the digital economy can effectively promote the development of new quality productivity, and the empowering effect of the digital economy varies at different levels of new quality productivity development. %K 数字经济, %K 新质生产力, %K 双重机器学习模型, %K 分位数回归
