%X 宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一&#65292;随着国内宫颈癌筛查、治疗技术不断提高&#65292;死亡率也逐年下降&#65292;因此宫颈癌后续的护理问题逐渐得到广泛关注。由于癌症患者的特殊心理与社会状态&#65292;容易导致其出现社会疏离现象。本文针对社会疏离的概念&#65292;宫颈癌幸存者社会疏离相关评估工具&#65292;国内外现状及影响因素展开综述&#65292;并对降低幸存者的社会疏离提出建议&#65292;为后续在国内开展相关研究&#65292;提高宫颈癌幸存者社会融入度&#65292;保证其生活质量提供依据。<br>Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the female reproductive system, with the continuous improvement of domestic cervical cancer screening and treatment technology, the mortality rate is also decreasing year by year, so the follow-up nursing of cervical cancer has been paid more and more attention. Due to the special psychological and social state of cancer patients, it is easy to lead to the phenomenon of social alienation. This paper summarizes the concept of social alienation, the related assessment tools of social alienation of cervical cancer survivors, the current situation at home and abroad and its influencing factors, and puts forward some suggestions to reduce the social alienation of survivors, so as to carry out related research in China to improve the degree of social integration of cervical cancer survivors and ensure their quality of life.
