%X 对接产业和企业发展的人才需求&#65292;探索跨学科、多学科交叉的经管类应用型人才培养模式创新&#65292;是应用型经管类专业人才培养面临的一个现实问题和重要课题。本文从产业需求匹配、课程体系优化、培养环节衔接及师资队伍等方面对高水平应用型大学经管类专业高水平人才培养所面临的问题进行了较为深入的分析&#65292;并提出了相应的对策。<br>Meeting the talent demands of industrial and enterprise development, and exploring innovations in cultivating interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary application-oriented talents in economics and management disciplines, represents a practical issue and significant challenge for applied economics and management education. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems faced by high-caliber applied universities in cultivating top-tier talent in economics and management programs. The analysis focuses on aspects such as matching industrial needs, optimizing the curriculum system, integrating training components, and faculty development. Corresponding solutions are proposed.
