This article is based on the educational background and characteristics of the new era. Starting from the concept and importance of excellent class teachers, it elaborates on the new requirements for the role of class teachers in the new era and the core competencies and professional abilities that excellent class teachers should possess. And propose construction paths and strategies from the aspects of combining theoretical learning with practice, emphasizing practical exercise, strengthening team collaboration, and emphasizing self reflection, providing reference and inspiration for the professional growth of class teachers, thus achieving the establishment of a new image of class teachers in the new era.
