%X 在“大思政”教育格局下,民法学作为法学专业核心课程,需依托混合式教学模式实现知识传授与价值引领的深度融合。本文从混合式教育与课程思政的逻辑关系出发,分析当前民法学课程思政存在的教学目标偏差、资源整合不足、师生互动受限等问题,提出以“民法典精神”为内核,通过构建“线上资源浸润–线下课堂深耕–实践场景延伸”的立体化育人体系,完善教学内容供给、创新教学方法设计、提升教师育德能力、健全多元评价机制,为新时代法学教育落实立德树人根本任务提供实践路径。
Under the educational pattern of “big ideology and politics”, civil law, as a core course for law majors, needs to rely on the blended teaching mode to realize the in-depth integration of knowledge transmission and value leadership. Starting from the logical relationship between blended education and course ideology and politics, this paper analyzes the problems of deviation of teaching objectives, insufficient resource integration, and limited interaction between teachers and students in the current civil law course ideology and politics, and proposes to take the “spirit of the civil code” as the kernel, build a three-dimensional education system of “online resource infiltration-offline classroom deep cultivation-practical scene extension”, improve the supply of teaching content, innovate the design of teaching methods, enhance the teachers’ ability to cultivate morality and perfect the diversified evaluation mechanism, providing a practical path for the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality in law education in the new era.
