The rural revitalization strategy is the core focus of the “three rural” work in the new era. Characteristic industries, as its key engine, undertake the dual mission of driving agricultural modernization and increasing farmers’ income. This article systematically reviews relevant literature and explores the current situation of the development of China’s characteristic industries. It points out that the current characteristic industries are facing deep contradictions such as the lack of synergy between technological innovation and transformation systems, imbalanced value distribution in the industrial chain, loose interest connections among multiple stakeholders, and lagging adaptation of human capital and infrastructure. In response to the above issues, this article proposes measures such as building a demand-oriented collaborative innovation policy system, implementing a digital value-added strategy for the entire industry chain, innovating a symbiotic model of agricultural cooperation based on property rights reconstruction, and promoting a revolution in factor adaptability. Research provides theoretical reference for solving the bottleneck of high-quality development of characteristic industries, helps to deepen the promotion of rural revitalization strategy, and achieves a qualitative change from scale expansion to value leap of characteristic industries. %K 乡村振兴, %K 特色产业, %K 高质量发展
