%X 棘豆属(<i>Oxytropis</i> DC)是豆科(Leguminosae)下的一个属&#65292;多为草本、半灌木或矮灌木&#65292;在传统医学中作为草药使用。棘豆属植物化学成分十分丰富&#65292;主要分为生物碱类、黄酮类、萜类和其它类化合物。医学典籍记载其具有清热解毒、消炎镇痛、止血杀菌等作用&#65292;现代研究表明&#65292;棘豆属植物生物活性十分广泛&#65292;有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒等&#65292;并在多个领域有了实际应用。本文对棘豆属植物化学成分和生物活性的研究进行综述。<br><i>Oxytropis</i> DC is a genus of Leguminosae, mostly herbs, semi-shrubs or dwarf shrubs, which is used as herbs in traditional medicine. The chemical constituents of <i>Oxytropis</i> plants are remarkably diverse, mainly divided into alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids and other compounds. It is recorded in medical classics that it has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, anti-inflammatory and relieving pain, hemostasis, and sterilization. Modern research shows that the biological activities of <i>Oxytropis</i> plants are very extensive, including anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, etc., and have practical applications in many fields. In this paper, the chemical constituents and biological activities of <i>Oxytropis</i> plants were reviewed.
