Analysis of the Efficacy of Arthroscopic Suture Anchor Repair for Palmer Type IB Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex (TFCC) Injuries %A 王瑞娇 %A 赵夏 %A 陈进利 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 1430-1435 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/acm.2025.1561869 %X 目的:分析腕关节镜下锚钉修复治疗Palmer IB型三角纤维软骨复合体(triangular fibrocartilage complex, TFCC)损伤的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年6月青岛大学附属医院收治的30例Palmer IB型TFCC撕裂患者的临床资料,比较术前与末次随访时患者的前臂旋转度、尺桡偏角、掌背屈角、握力、上肢功能障碍评定量表(DASH)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)和改良Mayo腕关节评分。结果:30例患者均顺利完成手术,随访时间6~24个月,平均(11.8 ± 3.5)个月。末次随访时上肢功能障碍评定量表(DASH)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)较术前降低,改良Mayo腕关节评分较术前提高,握力、掌背屈角较术前提高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.001);前臂旋转度、尺桡偏角与术前比较无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:关节镜下缝合锚钉修复技术可减轻Palmer IB型TFCC撕裂患者的疼痛、改善术后功能结局和握力恢复。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic anchor repair for Palmer type IB triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) injuries. Methods: Clinical data of 30 patients with Palmer type IB TFCC tears treated at The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University between January 2022 and June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. Preoperative and final follow-up measurements were compared, including forearm rotation range, ulnar-radial deviation angle, wrist flexion-extension angle, grip strength, Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) score, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score, and modified Mayo Wrist Score. Results: All 30 patients successfully underwent surgery, with a follow-up period of 6~24 months (mean 11.8 ± 3.5 months). At the final follow-up, significant improvements were observed in DASH score, VAS score, modified Mayo Wrist Score, grip strength, and wrist flexion-extension angle compared to preoperative values (P < 0.001). No significant differences were found in forearm rotation range or ulnar-radial deviation angle (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Arthroscopic suture anchor repair effectively alleviates pain, improves functional outcomes, and restores grip strength in patients with Palmer type IB TFCC tears. %K 腕关节三角纤维软骨损伤, %K 腕关节镜下锚钉修复, %K 腕关节活动度
