%X 卒中后便秘(PSC)作为卒中患者常见的临床并发症之一，其发病机制尚不明确，对卒中患者的生活质量与疾病预后有较大的不良影响。针灸治疗卒中后便秘有较好的临床效果，具有操作简便、不良反应小、患者接受度高的独特优势。该文检索近5年相关文献，阐述针刺、艾灸、温针灸、耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷、穴位埋线的研究进展，以期为临床治疗该病提供参考。
Post-stroke constipation (PSC), as one of the most common clinical complications in stroke patients, has an unclear pathogenesis and significantly impacts patients’ quality of life and disease prognosis. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy demonstrates favorable clinical efficacy in treating PSC, offering unique advantages such as simple operation, minimal adverse effects, and high patient acceptance. This article reviews relevant literature from the past five years, summarizing research progress in acupuncture, moxibustion, warm needling, auricular acupressure, acupoint application, and catgut embedding at acupoints, aiming to provide references for clinical treatment.
