%X 慢性肾脏病(CKD)的全球患病率呈逐年攀升趋势&#65292;血脂异常作为CKD最常见的并发症之一&#65292;与肾功能损害存在密切的双向作用关系。目前关于CKD合并血脂异常的病理机制研究&#65292;主要涉及以下几个方面&#65306;脂质肾毒性假说、肾脏脂质沉积、炎症反应、氧化应激状态、动脉粥样硬化等。本文基于近年来有关CKD合并血脂异常的临床研究及中西医结合治疗进展&#65292;做以下综述。<br>The global prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) is increasing year by year, and dyslipidemia, as one of the most common complications of CKD, has a close two-way relationship with renal impairment. At present, the pathological mechanism of CKD complicated with dyslipidemia mainly involves the following aspects: lipid nephrotoxicity hypothesis, renal lipid deposition, inflammatory response, oxidative stress state, atherosclerosis, etc. Based on the recent clinical research on CKD, which is complicated by dyslipidemia and the progress of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the following review is made.
