%X 理想人格作为思想政治教育的重要目标之一&#65292;是指个体在思想、道德、行为等方面所追求的完美境界&#65292;是社会主流价值观在个体身上的集中体现。新时代大学生理想人格的塑造能够在中华优秀传统文化、马克思主义理论学说中找到支撑。同时新时代大学生塑造良好的人格对国家、社会和个体具有重要意义。通过优化社会环境、完善教育体系、引导个人认知等途径塑造新时代大学生理想人格&#65292;培育新时代大学生成为祖国的有用建设者、栋梁之才。<br>Ideal personality, as one of the important goals of ideological and political education, refers to the perfect state that individuals pursue in terms of thought, morality, and behavior. It is the concentrated embodiment of the mainstream social values in individuals. The shaping of the ideal personality of college students in the new era can find support in Chinese excellent traditional culture, Marxist theoretical doctrines, and the personality theories of Chinese Communists. Meanwhile, shaping a good personality for college students in the new era is of great significance to the country, society, and individuals. The ideal personality of college students in the new era can be shaped through ways such as optimizing the social environment, improving the educational system, and guiding individual cognition, and cultivating college students in the new era to become useful builders and pillars of the motherland.
