%X 本文阐明癌症患者尊严的概念、影响因素及相关干预措施。尊严与心理痛苦及生活质量下降相关&#65292;并且尊严疗法和安心卡模式能显著提升癌症患者尊严感&#65292;未来建议医护人员结合本土文化背景实施循证干预。<br>This article elucidates the concept of dignity in cancer patients, its influencing factors, and related interventions. Dignity is associated with psychological distress and diminished quality of life. Notably, dignity therapy and the peace-of-mind card model have been shown to significantly enhance the sense of dignity in cancer patients. Future recommendations include the implementation of evidence-based interventions by healthcare professionals, tailored to the local cultural context.
