Investigation into the Extraction and Antioxidant Properties of Resveratrol from Peanut Sprouts %A 杨怡然 %A 周绮云 %A 张思雨 %A 马密霞 %J Journal of Organic Chemistry Research %P 146-154 %@ 2330-524X %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/jocr.2025.132015 %X 白藜芦醇因其抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌以及对心血管保护方面的良好作用而引起人们重视。因此对白藜芦醇进行深入研究、开发利用显得尤为重要且具有经济意义、社会价值。本文综述了白藜芦醇近几年国内外提取工艺、抗氧化性等方面的有关研究。研究发现目前对于白藜芦醇的提取方式分为超声波提取法、酶提取法、微波辅助提取法、超临界流体提取法等,通过各个方法的对比分析,以提高白藜芦醇的提取效率为目的,综述白藜芦醇的抗氧化性,以期对白藜芦醇进行更深层面的开发提供一定的参考依据。
Resveratrol has attracted people’s attention because of its good effects in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer and cardiovascular protection. Therefore, the in-depth research, development and utilization of resveratrol is particularly important and has economic significance and social value. This paper reviews the research of resveratrol in recent years at home and abroad in terms of extraction technology and antioxidant activity. It was found that the current extraction methods of resveratrol were divided into ultrasonic extraction method, enzyme extraction method, microwave-assisted extraction method, supercritical fluid extraction method, etc. through the comparative analysis of various methods, in order to improve the extraction efficiency of resveratrol, and the antioxidant properties of resveratrol were reviewed, in order to provide a reference for the further development of resveratrol. %K 白藜芦醇, %K 提取工艺, %K 抗氧化研究
