The study focused on the chemical constituents of Aconitum carmichaelii and their insecticidal activities against the major pests of Codonopsis pilosula. Methods: Chemical constituents were isolated and identified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, and macroporous resin column chromatography. Contact and stomach toxicity were investigated using the micro-droplet method and leaf immersion method. Results: Four diterpene alkaloids were isolated and identified. Among them, mesaconitine and benzoylaconitine showed strong contact toxicity with LC50 values of 0.797 mg/mL and 0.676 mg/mL, respectively. %K 草乌, %K 二萜生物碱, %K 触杀活性
