%X 随着全球经济一体化进程加快，油脂贸易作为国家粮食安全与民生保障的重要环节，其合规性管理对国有企业(以下简称国企)的战略发展意义重大。本文从政策法规、国际市场环境、企业内部治理三个维度，系统梳理国企油脂贸易合规管理现状与挑战，探讨构建全链条合规体系的关键路径，并基于数字化转型、可持续发展等趋势提出未来展望。文章结合具体案例与行业数据，分析了地缘政治、ESG标准、技术革命对合规管理的深层影响，提出通过制度优化、技术赋能与全球化协同实现合规竞争力的提升。研究旨在为国企油脂贸易的高质量发展提供理论参考与实践启示。
As the process of global economic integration accelerates, edible oil trade, as an important link in national food security and the well-being of the people, holds significant strategic importance for the development of state-owned enterprises (hereinafter referred to as SOEs) in terms of compliance management. This paper systematically examines the current status and challenges of compliance management in SOEs’ edible oil trade from three dimensions: policy and regulations, international market environment, and internal corporate governance. It explores the key pathways for constructing a full-chain compliance system and proposes future prospects based on trends such as digital transformation and sustainable development. By integrating specific case studies and industry data, the paper analyzes the profound impact of geopolitical factors, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, and technological revolutions on compliance management. It suggests enhancing compliance competitiveness through institutional optimization, technological empowerment, and global collaboration. The research aims to provide theoretical references and practical insights for the high-quality development of SOEs’ edible oil trade.
