Research on the “Dual System” Vocational Undergraduate Talent Training Model with Chinese Characteristics %A 黄丽莹 %A 卢欣欣 %A 李军 %A 詹大琳 %J Vocational Education %P 71-76 %@ 2160-4401 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ve.2025.146250 %X 职业教育应紧跟时代发展的需求,我国近年提出并落实的职业本科教育是对高等职业教育的一种延伸和提升,旨在继续培养创造型技术技能人才。本文提出中国特色“双元制”职业本科人才培养模式主要通过当地政府、本土企业与学校三者之间的建立创新培养纽带,高效培养适应社会企业所需的创造性技能人才,将培养模式在学校、企业和社会需求之间形成一个完整的闭环,探讨符合中国特色的“双元制”人才培养模式。
Vocational education should keep up with the needs of the times. The vocational undergraduate education proposed and implemented in China in recent years is an extension and improvement of higher vocational education, aimed at continuing to cultivate creative technical and skilled talents. This article proposes the “dual system” vocational undergraduate talent training model with Chinese characteristics, which mainly aims to efficiently cultivate creative and skilled talents that meet the needs of social enterprises through effective communication and cooperation between local governments, local enterprises, and schools. It forms a complete closed loop between students’ needs in schools, enterprises, and society, and explores the “dual system” talent training model that is in line with Chinese characteristics. %K 中国特色, %K 双元制, %K 职业本科, %K 人才培养模式
