%X 立足新时代,法治教育已成为高中思想政治教育的重要组成部分。高中思想政治课作为法治教育的主渠道,是培养高中生法治观念和法治素养的关键场域。当前,法治教育融入高中思想政治课面临着法治教育内容与实际生活脱节,教学方法单一、缺乏实践环节,法治教育评价体系不完善等问题。基于此,以贴合学生生活实际为目标,整合教材内容;以增加实践教学环节为抓手,创新教学方法;以综合法治素养能力为导向,完善评价体系三个方面,提高融入的针对性和有效性。
Based on the new era, legal education has become an important component of high school ideological and political education. As the main channel of legal education, high school ideological and political courses are a key field for cultivating high school students’ legal concepts and legal literacy. Currently, the integration of rule of law education into high school ideological and political courses is facing problems such as a disconnect between the content of rule of law education and real life, a single teaching method, a lack of practical links, and an imperfect evaluation system for rule of law education. Based on this, with the goal of adapting to students’ real-life situations to integrate textbook content; Taking the increase of practical teaching as a starting point to innovate teaching methods; Guided by the comprehensive legal literacy ability to improve the evaluation system in three aspects, and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of integration.
