%X 近年来盐生植物多枝柽柳抗盐机理的研究主要聚焦于植物自身适应性机制,而内生菌介导的抗盐机制研究相对薄弱。基于此,本文主要综述了内生真菌的多样性及在盐胁迫条件下内生真菌提高盐生生物耐盐性的机制研究进展、发展前景和存在问题,为发掘和利用内生真菌增强植物耐盐性的相关研究提供参考,同时为新疆盐渍地区生物改良和耐盐育种提供科学依据。
In recent years, research on the salt tolerance mechanism of the halophyte Tamarix ramosissima has mainly focused on the plant’s own adaptive mechanisms, while studies on the salt tolerance mechanism mediated by endophytes are relatively weak. Based on this, this paper mainly reviews the diversity of endophytic fungi and the research progress, development prospects, and existing problems of the mechanism by which endophytic fungi improve the salt tolerance of halophytes under salt stress conditions. It provides a reference for the related research on enhancing plant salt tolerance by exploring and utilizing endophytic fungi, and also provides a scientific basis for the biological improvement and salt-tolerant breeding in the saline-alkali areas of Xinjiang.
