Digital Economy, Industrial Optimization and High-Quality Economic Development %A 朱艳 %J World Economic Research %P 463-473 %@ 2167-6615 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/wer.2025.143048 %X 数字经济在推动经济发展中的核心地位和主引擎作用日益突出，探寻数字经济对经济高质量发展的促进机制和效应，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文基于2011~2020年的面板数据，运用熵权法测度了中国30个省份的经济高质量发展指数和数字经济发展指数，从产业优化视角检验了数字经济推动经济高质量发展的效应和机制，并进行了区域异质性分析。结果表明：从整体上来看，数字经济能够显著促进经济高质量发展，且在剔除直辖市样本进行稳健性检验后该结论仍然成立；从作用机制上来看，产业优化在数字经济促进经济高质量发展的过程中发挥着重要作用。区域异质性结果显示：东部地区和西部地区数字经济对经济高质量发展的促进效果明显，而东北地区的影响不显著，中部地区则呈现出微弱的负向制约但不显著。因此，要加快数字化转型，释放数实融合效应；优化要素配置，加快产业优化升级；因地制宜施策，推动整体协调发展。
The core position of the digital economy in promoting economic development was increasingly prominent, and the role of the main engine of the digital economy played. Thus, exploring the effects and mechanisms of the digital economy in promoting high-quality economic development showed important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the panel data from 2011 to 2020, the entropy method was applied to measure the high-quality economic development index and digital economy development index of 30 provinces in China. From the perspective of industrial optimization, the effects and mechanisms of the digital economy promoting high-quality economic development were examined. Regional heterogeneity was also analyzed. The empirical outcomes revealed that, overall, the digital economy could significantly advance high-quality economic development, and this conclusion was still valid after robustness test by excluding samples from municipalities directly under the central government. From the perspective of impact mechanism, industrial optimization played key roles in the process of digital economy promoting high-quality economic development. Heterogeneity analysis indicated that the effect of the digital economy on high-quality economic development was more significant in the eastern and western areas than in other regions of China, with the impact of the northeast region not significant, while the central region presented a weak but not significant negative constraint. Suggestions included accelerating digital transformation and unleashing the integration effect of the digital economy and the real economy, optimizing element allocation and boosting industrial optimization and upgrading, adapting individualized policies according to local conditions and advancing overall coordinated development. %K 数字经济， %K 高质量发展， %K 影响机理， %K 中介效应， %K 区域差异
