The Effect of Functional Training on the Physical Fitness of Badminton Players %A 补艳 %A 穆盼阳 %J Advances in Physical Sciences %P 183-190 %@ 2334-3478 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/aps.2025.133026 %X 目的:探讨功能性训练对羽毛球运动员身体素质的影响,方法:招募20名羽毛球运动员,随机分为功能性训练的实验组(N = 10)和传统性训练的对照组(N = 10),时间均为12周。对比功能性训练和传统性训练对其30秒双摇跳、羽毛球掷远、全场6点步伐、5 × 10米折返跑及坐位体前屈的差异。结果:经12周的功能性训练后,功能性训练上述指标的改善效果均明显优于传统性训练,各指标变化幅度有显著性差异,30秒双摇跳、羽毛球掷远差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);立定跳远、全场六点步伐差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);5 × 10米折返跑、坐位体前屈差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:功能性训练可显著提升羽毛球运动员的灵敏、力量及耐力素质,对速度和柔韧素质提升效果无明显优势。
Objective: To investigate the effects of functional training on the physical fitness of badminton players. Methods: 20 badminton players were recruited and randomly divided into an experimental group (N = 10) with functional training and a control group (N = 10) with traditional training, both for 12 weeks. Functional training and traditional training were evaluated for their differences in 30-second double rocking jump, badminton long throw, full-court 6-point pace, 5 × 10-meter folding run and seated forward body flexion. Results: After 12 weeks of functional training, the improvement effect of the above indexes of functional training was significantly better than that of traditional training, with significant differences in the magnitude of changes in various indexes, 30-second double rocking jump, badminton throw P < 0.01; standing long jump, full-court six-point pace P < 0.05; 5 × 10-meter tossing and running, seated forward bending P > 0.05. Conclusion: Functional training can significantly improve the sensitivity, strength and endurance qualities of badminton players, and there is no obvious advantage to the effect of speed and flexibility quality improvement. %K 功能性训练, %K 羽毛球, %K 运动员, %K 身体素质
