Aiming at the high density, high value, high risk and other realistic characteristics of China’s current space launch and space TT&C missions, this paper defines the relevant concepts and interrelationships of unqualified space TT&C missions, and analyzes the requirements for unqualified control, in order to effectively evaluate and promote the implementation quality of space TT&C missions. This paper summarizes and refines the key points of nonconformity control in space TT&C missions, and provides a reference for nonconformity control in other business systems. %K 航天测控任务, %K 不合格, %K 实施要点
